On its own, Savannah, Georgia is pretty much the epitome of perfect marrying. But add to the mix the styling prowess of Morgan Gallo Events, lush florals from Harvey Designs and an entire world of vibrant hues (think pink, yellow and orange) and it becomes the land of, well… everything. It’s one part rustic, one part whimsical and all parts pretty. See it captured beautifully by Nate Henderson right here.
From Nate Henderson Photography… Kara and Brian chose historic Savannah, Georgia for their destination wedding. The ceremony took place in the traditional courtyard of the Ships of the Sea Museum, while their reception was held at the museum’s newly constructed pavilion.
The bride was involved on many details of the wedding, including custom designing and printing the textiles used at the wedding. The florals by Harvey Designs were overflowing with a bright spring look. Southern food served family style was prepared by Chef Nick Mueller. It was all quite awesome!
From The Bride… We wanted to have a beautiful, simple day that really highlights how much we appreciate our friends and family. As much as this day is about celebrating our relationship, we also want it to be a celebration and thanks to our friends and family. My brother married us and one of Brian’s friends played guitar for the ceremony. We really wanted to have the ceremony be an inclusive celebration.
