From Lindsay Madden Photography… On a warm spring day, Nadege and Steve were married in Long Island City. Shortly after their heartfelt ceremony, we headed to Gantry Plaza Park for portraits of the newlyweds. This park is wonderful because it provides you with the most gorgeous views of Manhattan. Nadege looked effortlessly beautiful in her lace wedding dress by, Danielle Caprese for Kleinfeld and I loved how her gold Jimmy Choo shoes complimented her gold bangles and belt. She also had henna inked on her feet from her Hindu ceremony two days before! “The more henna you have, the more blessings you will receive,” Nadege told me. Pedestals Florist provided the romantic flowers for Nadege and Steve’s special day and I especially loved Nadege’s all white peony bouquet! So classic & sophisticated. Nadege wanted her reception to feel warm and welcoming so she opted for lots of candles. As Nadege, Steve and their guests danced further into the night courtesy of Scratch DJs, they were gifted with the most incredible view of Manhattan. I had such an amazing time capturing Nadege and Steve’s classic spring wedding!
