When Fiore Films sent over this sweet little rustic snippet, I was immediately drawn into the playfulness of this adorable duo. A first look in an old barn, a dance in a field of wildflowers and one adorable pup in a bow tie later, and you’ve got a glimpse of the best kind of love there is. See more from Ricky Restiano in the gallery.

From Fiore Films… “Never underestimate a quickie” is what we like to say. Every once in a while we like to share a mini Teaser (about 90 seconds long) and call it a “Quickie”. Our brides and FB friends have become familiar with Fiore Films’ “Quickie” and actually look forward to them! God we LOVE this Bluefield Farm wedding so much! Couldn’t have asked for a more amazing hidden gem of a place, perfect day that almost looks fake, and we especially could not have asked for a more beautiful couple! We kept saying it was right out of a movie or magazine. Simona and Mike could not have planned a more perfect wedding and we are so happy to share just a few gorgeous moments of it!
From The Bride… I knew when planning our wedding I wanted to do something different, something that my Italian family was not familiar with. I searched high and low for months to find the perfect country atmosphere for our wedding. We saw about 3 different venues, but all 3 were too far from home. I had almost given up hope and giving in to the traditional Italian wedding that my mother always dreamed of me having, until my Zia Annetta (who helped with decor) discovered a place that was right in our town! We had no idea it was there, hidden with all it’s rustic beauty, it was the perfect place to have our wedding, we fell in love. From the moment I saw it, I knew, everything in my dreams was about to come true. Nobody realizes when having an outdoor wedding how involved you have to be, we knew it was going to be a challenge starting from scratch. We couldn’t have chosen better vendors for the job. AJ Bassani from In Thyme Catering and Sperry Tents couldn’t have made our lives any easier-throughout the process of planning and especially the day of the wedding. The food and presentation was phenomenal and the tent was gorgeous! Our cake from Palermo Bakery was nothing fancy, it had little rustic charm-just like we wanted and most of all was so delicious! Jay della Valle’s crew Owls and Lions of Spinners Entertainment was important to us because Mike and I first met on a dance floor, at a friends wedding-where Jay was working his magic! The moment we sat down with Chris Perino from Ricky Restiano Photography and told him what we wanted, he couldn’t have been more excited to head towards a different direction. He captured every detail, from flowers done by Jodie Hamel and Joy Macy and DIY projects done by my talented cousin Salvatore LaRosa. This was all filmed by Fiore Films who were so professional and accommodating! We are so happy to work with them and now relive all the memories! Especially my cousin Franco from Italy, singing our father daughter dance! Makeup artist, Erica Gonzalez and stylist Laurell Giumarra both made me and everyone so beautiful on my wedding day. They are extremely talented! They are patient people, which helped me remain comfortable and calm that morning. The icing on the cake that everyone could not get enough of was TJ Rickli’s vintage Ford Pickup, the truck was the perfect touch! Our wedding was truly an unforgettable day, and could not have been done without the help and support from my best friend, my husband-Mike and above all else our FAMILY and FRIENDS!
