Styled to seaside perfection by Flutter Fete, this shoot is the beautiful result of a beyond talented team coming together to make inspiration magic happen. With drool-worthy calligraphy by the lovely Laura Hooper, florals that will inspire by Anthology Co., delicious (and pretty) desserts by Earth And Sugar and absolutely perfect vintage rentals from The Salvage Snob – every image from Daniel Lateulade sitting in this gallery is chock full of inspiration.
From Laura Hooper Calligraphy …In every way, this styled shoot was inspired by the sea, by the sea, by the beautiful sea. Salty air, blues and nudes, the tide touching your toes—Danielle of Flutter Fete imagined an organic, washed up design concept with vintage treasures, nautical details, and bohemian sensibility. From the handmade crochet wedding dress to the driftwood place cards, we approached the beach wedding in a more moody and eclectic way. Our bride and groom exchanged vows in front of a gorgeous backdrop beautifully executed by Veronica of Anthology Co. The draping and detail of the vintage fishing net on this piece is jaw-dropping incredible, as it quite literally looks like it washed up onto shore. Veronica built and styled the entire structure from scratch, complete with a stray branch she found on the beach. The Salvage Snob set the tone for the tablescape with a weathered vintage table that we fearlessly placed right by the water. Winding rope and candlelit vases formed the centerpiece while our driftwood place cards hand lettered by Laura Hooper Calligaphy sat atop a romantic combination of ruffled plates from Anthropologie and glittering gold flatware. Chesapeake Pointe created a custom figure 9 knot to adorn the back of the bride and groom’s chairs. This detail is a great DIY project for brides to try and we love it even more because of its similar appearance to the infinity symbol. Earth and Sugar crafted a gilded pale blue cake that looked right at home poised against the ocean hues. We used vintage trinkets, including an old balance scale and books, to style the ruffled cake pops and macarons.
