Lovely in every sense of the word, this Orlando wedding just makes me beyond happy. Captured beautifully by Amy Van Epps, every darling DIY detail planned beautifully by the Bride and her family and friends is not only pretty but heartfelt – making this gallery simply divine. See it all here.
Our goal was to make our wedding a special event for all the wonderful people we have had supporting us over the years. We had a cornhole board, photobooth, cupcake truck, and trophies for the winner of a dance off! We knew our wedding day would always be a night to remember and wanted to give thanks for our amazing friends and family. The venue sits on Lake Bryan and serves as a jet ski rental during the day and turns into the perfect, festive wedding location at night. We tried to incorporate our personalities by adding personal touches- the centerpieces included statistics books as I am a statistics instructor at UCF, and painted hotwheels to satisfy the groom’s vroom vroom obsession. My brother made our guestbook, a painting of us with our dog in the groom’s Miata, which guests added their thumbprints to. I am so thankful to have found so much DIY inspiration on SMP and Pinterest, I didn’t have a wedding planner but I had an incredible amount of help from my sister/MOH/officiant. Long nights of crafting and lots of love went into our special day and I hope now my pictures help inspire future brides.
