From The Bride…From the moment we got engaged, Jorge and I knew that we wanted to have our wedding in Brownsville, Texas because it felt like home to us. We also instantly knew that we wanted our wedding to be a celebration of not only our love for each other, but for the union of our two wonderful families , a HUGE party with our favorite people, and a classic affair with a touch of modern elements. For the décor, I had imagined an emerald and gold color scheme, lush green garland down long banquet tables, classic white florals, and hints of glitter and black and white stripes to add that modern touch.

Thanks to our wonderful vendors our wedding was all that we had imagined and more! Susana Rosser from All Party Rentals and Brenda Guerra from Special Flowers transformed our outdoor venue into something truly magical. Pichis Sound’s music had everyone on the dance floor the entire night, and it was an amazing party. Cynthia’s Cakes incorporated the elements of my décor into our cake, and designed a cake that was not only breathtaking but delicious. Nena Siller served our guests a delicious Three Musketeers Entrée that included Beef Tenderloin, Crab Stuffed Dover Sole Roll, and a Poblano Chicken Mignon. Anahi and Edgar Navarro captured special moments of our wedding so that we will have beautiful pictures to cherish forever. Jorge and I cannot thank these wonderful people enough for their commitment to making our day exceptionally special, and for all of their planning, attention to detail and their beautiful work.

We are so grateful to have been given a weekend full of memories that we will adore for many years to come, and for all the people from near and far that came to celebrate our love for each other! It was the most amazing love fest and party that we have ever been a part of, and despite the stresses of wedding planning we would do it over a million times if we could!
