Romantic Vintage Bridal Shoot at the The Hope and Glory Inn

Packed with pretty and overflowing with inspiration for your Monday morning, this gallery beautifully captured by Michael And Carina Photography might just be the best way to start your day. With styling by Pinch Of Charm Weddings, florals from The Wild Bunch and the lovely Hope And Glory Inn, I’ve spent all weekend dreaming of the pretty sitting below, and you can see why here.

Colors

From Michael and Carina PhotographyOur inspiration for these bridals was “waiting for spring”. We wanted to add some color and romance to the cold season; we just fell in love with that mix. We are also head over heels in love with everything vintage. So it made sense to combine these loves :) The story behind the images is both a looking-back in a different time period and a looking-forward to a new beginning/spring. The dresses used are never-before-worn originals – dating back to the 30s and 60s. The gorgeous vintage veil is almost 100 years old.The images were shot on medium format film.

The Hope and Glory Inn in Irvington, VA is a popular wedding venue and we wanted to “foreshadow” the weddings that are going to be celebrated there this coming wedding season with our shoot. It is also leading into the time that most brides get their bridal portraits done.
