From Kristi Wright Photography… I love that I get to share this beautiful Austin wedding with you. Emily and James were married at the Wild Onion Ranch this Fall. I’ve photographed a number of weddings at this Austin venue and Wild Onion never disappoints! Emily’s romantic vintage inspired wedding was relaxed and fun. Her custom lace sleeved wedding dress by Nardos Imam might be the prettiest I’ve seen. Don’t even get me started on the flowers! Pollen Floral Art completely outdid themselves. The bouquets and the ceremony arch were so stylish. I remember watching Emily and James give each other sweet glances all day and every detail reflected their fun and hip personalities. They danced to Ween’s Stay Forever. Coolest couple ever? Yes and thank you. They are huge music lovers. James is a musician and they had TWO bands play at the reception. Piney Grove Ramblers, a blue grass band, started cocktail hour and The Motts brought the party! James sat in with The Motts for a song and it was rad. (FYI The Motts is fronted by the lead vocalist from What Made Milwaukee Famous!) This was my first wedding with the Motts and they were awesome!
