Bridal shoots are so timeless and gorgeous; the perfect memento for a Bride-to-be. And if you are lucky enough to have that bridal blush captured by Erich Mcvey, well then you’re in for quite the treat. This inspiration showcasing crazy gorgeous bridal fashion by Emily Riggs and a to-die-for garland by The Green Dandelion is a modern take on the classic portrait and it’s all sorts of lovely.
From the designer, Emily Riggs… The claire gown includes a fully lined skirt with 2 layers of silk and 2 layers of champagne tulle. The skirt features a lovely long flowing train with a silk satin band which secures with an invisible zipper and hook and eye closures.
The lace top is made from vintage French floral beaded lace with delicately beaded flowers. It features a deep plunging neckline and 3/4 length sleeves with scalloped eyelash detailing.
The Chantilly lace robe is the perfect attire for boudoir portraits and to throw on while getting ready on your big day. This gorgeous flowing robe sweeps the floor and features a floral scalloped hood and elegant dropped sleeves with scalloped eyelash edging.
The gorgeous ethereal veil is made from 100% silk and cut in a perfect oval. It features an extra long blusher so your gorgeous face can shine on your walk down the aisle. The Ethereal veil is simple yet elegant and can be paired with any gown or headdress.
Advantages to a silk veil is the open weave which takes in more light, allowing it to be more see-through then your typical nylon veil. They also drape better which in my opinion is more flattering with your gown. Silk veils are definitely my personal favorite!
