Everything about this shoot captured by Victoria Phipps and styled by Sarah Garrod is my dream. The Justin Alexander gown, the stunning florals from Emma Fawcett-Eustace, the elegant stationery from the Project Pretty – it’s all so perfectly elegant and timeless I could cry. So it goes without saying I’ll be spending a large amount of time today devouring each gorgeous image sitting in this gallery.
From Victoria Phipps…The theme was ‘early 20th century english glamour’ and we tried to create a bit of a story around two strangers coming together in marriage. The models had never met before, so they appreciated the irony!
We shot at Iscoyd Park, which is a beautiful and intimate grade II listed country house in Shropshire, England. One of the main reasons we chose this location was because of the elegant reception rooms and finely decorated bedrooms, all with tall georgian windows giving an abundance of natural light. The perfect setting for an intimate wedding. The grounds of Iscoyd Park are delightful and fortunately the light was perfect!
We dressed a long slim table in the main reception room with a trio of tall floral centrepieces. The bright pink roses and red winter berries were coupled with wintry foliage resulting in a pleasing mix of warm and cool tones. The fabulous black and white wedding stationery was designed by Project Pretty.
We created two different looks for the bride, with two beautiful Justin Alexander dresses and different headpieces & hairstyles. The groom wore classic black tie.
