Colorful Outdoor Winery Wedding
If you've been tracking with us for any length of time, you probably know we think Sarah of True Event is kind of a big deal. She (along with her fabulous team) plan some of the East Coast's most stunning affairs, and when Sarah recently passed along her own sister's New York nuptials we knew things were about to get GOOD. From the Bride... When my sister had asked my fiancé and I to describe our dream wedding, we had a difficult time putting our vision into words. Over the years, as Sarah has planned numerous weddings and being a big sister she always would say , "this would be perfect for your wedding". However it is extremely overwhelming when you have choose between so many wonderful ideas.
Somehow Sarah, and her Team at True Event were able to capture exactly what Joe and I could have imagined. They listened to our likes and dislikes and were able to guide us in the right direction. Being the youngest of three girls in my family, I am used to going along with the flow, but that was not the case for my wedding. Everyone listed to our concerns and worked with us to make our wedding represent who Joe and I are as a couple. From helping us find the band that would best capture the energy we were looking for, to working hand in hand with our florist to create a design that worked with our venue and our style, to crafting an outstanding food and drink menu with our caterer that left our guest in awe, True Event "truly" out did themselves.
The True Event team was personally involved throughout the entire planning process and guided us with all of the decision making. Their experience and insight helped us decide where to spend money, and what was less essential. We were able to stay within our budget, finding creative solutions while still adding our own personal touch throughout the wedding. While Sarah was busy playing matron of honor, Caitlin, a True Event planner facilitated the event allowing us to sit back and relax on the day of our wedding, so we could focus on "starting our lives together" rather than getting tied down with all the details the day of. Our wedding would not have been the same without the help and support of the True Event team, and for that no words can describe how grateful we are.
