Best part about this wedding? From start to finish, it’s packed with smiles. Smiles so contagious that I just can’t get enough of this gallery from Redfield Photography. Then, there are the insanely pretty details that take hold and pull you in even further. That sunset-colored bouquet by Sebesta Design? Perfection. And it doesn’t stop there… Love Sick, Inc. makes it all come to life in the crazy good film.
From the beautiful Bride… Inspiration for our wedding came from all of the lovely weddings we attended throughout the years and from both Gerard’s and I personal style; relaxed, fun, creative, and natural. It was a great experience overall! Gerard and I found time weekly to hash out ideas, research vendors and talk about upcoming deadlines–the process not only brought us closer together but really made the entire day feel like it was something WE planned and not just me, the bride.
Favorite Memories: The weather! It was a gorgeous 60 degree day, that we’d like to think was courtesy of of my grandmother, who passed 3 years ago. Putting my dress on, first look, serenading Gerard, The Philly Phanatic & dancing, photos outside with the bridal party and speeches by our loved ones.
DIY Projects: I made the program & ceremony boards and as well as all the signage at the bar area and cake table. I really wanted to capture both of our creative and whimsical personalities in these, I was super happy with the final result! I also made the stickers, using Zazzle.com, that were placed on each of the honey jar favors.
Flower crowns, I ended up finding a few simple DIY-flower crown tutorials online, went to Michaels to purchase materials and really created something unique for each of the 4 girls. I wanted something that resembled ‘wildflowers’ and had an organic feel that they could keep for years to come.
