Traditional Ballroom Wedding
It's a well-known fact: traditional weddings make your day better. But throw in a world of pretty details styled by Wedding Kate Events, a super-smiley bride and groom and a breathtaking Four Seasons Beverly Hills setting and it's more than just one day that brightens considerably - it's an entire weekend. See for yourself in the full gallery captured by Marianne Wilson. It's awesome.
From Katie Seefeldt... Being a highly respected pediatric dentist and philanthropist, Eunha had quite a lot on her plate compared to the average bride. When she talked about Howard though, her very business driven mind seemed to take a left turn into a field of flowers and butterflies. Howard is very funny, energetic and brilliant just like his bride to be and we all knew a romantic and personal event was in store.
Eunha and Howard's planning process was so special to me, I nearly tackled her when I noticed her abnormally large smile and a sparkle on her finger. She knew she wanted the event to be glamorous and elegant without feeling pretentious. She selected shades of sherbet in coral and pink and golden tones of champagne that draped the room in warmth and color. Blooming arrangements topped the dining tables, each thoughtfully constructed using flowers with lots of lush petals. The bride kept within budget using in season flowers and re-purposing arrangements from the escort card display. The reception was held at the famed Four Seasons at Beverly Hills and the room seemed to glow from the twinkle lights outside the gorgeous picture windows.
A fitted lace gown was selected by the bride, adorned with a beautiful jeweled belt which added just a kiss of glamour to her usually preppy style. Her was swept off of her neck to show off her flawless skin and a special surprise gift from the groom. (Hurray for Cartier!) Her impeccable taste continued to her toes with gilded peep toe pumps from Badgley Mischka.
The couple performed a choreographed number, complete with a special lift (of the flower girl of course!) and enjoyed a live performance of some of the couples favorite tunes from Beyoncé and Earth, Wind and Fire. The entire party joined the couple on the dance floor for an impromptu verse sang by the groom.
The entire evening was filled with love, shared between the couple and each guest who was lucky enough to experience the start of the rest of this very special couple's adventure.
Cheers Mr. And Mrs. Kong!
