The couple fell in love in her family’s field. The very field they were married in, and as if that weren’t enough to get the tears flowing, the love they share is one of the most beautiful loves I’ve ever come across. Thank you, thank you, Paperback Films, for capturing it so wonderfully!

From Paperback Films… We kept hearing story after story about how these two knew they were meant for each other. It became the basis for our film; a true account of soul mates. It’s a story of struggle, redemption, perseverance, and family. Faith is ultimately what guided them together. A true calling; a true love story with a happy beginning.
For me, the day was deeply impactful. We were quickly caught up in the day’s events. Jessica and her family had put a lot of planning and labour into this wedding and it showed. With the help of Soiree Event Planning, it looked even more spectacular. Every detail was so delicately thought out and put together. One of our favourite areas on the farm was the ceremony location in a beautiful Manitoba prairie field. A well developed crop with a section flattened in the distance. Bails of hay for seating and a fence made out of crops. It was a field of dreams.
This location was so important for the wedding… this is the land that Jessica’s family has farmed for generations, and the field where Jessica & Ronnie first fell in love. The day begins with all the girls getting ready, a handful of stunning details and their first look of the day. Two locations near the farm were important to these two… a few grain bins close by, the actual spot they fell in love. Memories of their favorite ice cream stop which is now closed.
Perfect weather, comfy bails of hay for the guests to sit on, and officiated by a close family friend.
