From photographer, Shannon Grant…When Jillian (a local floral designer) contacted me about shooting her Engagement Session, I was on board right away! She mentioned wanting to incorporate their beloved pets into the session. Also, that she wanted something rustic and organic in nature to mirror what she had in store for the wedding. We chose a nearby field to hold the session in and it was perfect! I focused on creating images that were candid, romantic, and full of that glowing pre-sunset lighting that is just so glorious. Also, we decided on using film for the session as Jill used to photograph weddings and loved the look film brings to the table. Now she is a super talented floral designer for Beach Plum Floral Design but will always appreciate her photography roots.
