Greece is top of my travel bucket list (which just so happens to be a million miles long) and any sort of wedded celebration that comes from the country steals my heart, no questions asked. And this beautiful wedding, sent our way from Anna Roussos, has all but forced me to book my tickets to Mykonos right now. It’s SO stunning!

From the photographer… Helena and Andre are both Lebanese living in Dubai and their dream was to get married in Greece, on the island of Mykonos which they had already visited and fallen in love with. The wedding was meticulously planned, Helena and Andre had to fly back and forth from Dubai several times, to make sure their celebration would become the event of a lifetime! And what a celebration it was: with guests from all over the world.
The dinner & party took place at Sea Satin, near the little venice, a romantic corner of Mykonos, just below it’s majestic wind mills. Helen had taken care of every little detail, and there were many of them, always with taste and style.
Because of their charming personalities, everything was so delightful, and easy going! The day before, we had decided to go for a photo shooting with horses, really early in the morning to catch the warm and gentle light of the sunrise. Although they had managed very little sleep, Helen and Andre arrived that morning with their huge smiles, exited to have our morning photo session on the beach with the beautiful horses they had arranged for that special morning. And it was awesome!
The next evening, the ceremony took place at Sea Satin, just on the sea shore, with the wind and waves, and the beautiful sunset in the background. What a beautiful ceremony, full of smiles and laughter. After some family portraits, it was finally time to have dinner and start the party. As soon as the DJ hit the music, everybody jumped on the dance floor! Helen and Andre were definitely the stars: dancing, showing the moves, and making the ambiance so electric. But dancing was just the start, as at some point, Helen were on the microphones, singing along with the music, giving so much energy to their guests whom it seemed wouldn’t stop dancing. I won’t go further into details, it was an unforgettable night, and the pictures talk for themselves!
Helena and Andre, you are two unique stars who never stop shining! Thank you for the lovely experience!
