Perth Wedding at Acqua Viva
This wedding is a blending of modern and romantic but at the heart is a true elegance that no detail can produce on its own. From Cathrin D'Entremont Weddings... Pascale and Sami wanted their wedding to be soft and romantic. It was quite a challenge for both of them with their work commitments and with Sami moving to New York to further his studies. Sami being and engineer and excellent with checklists and Pascale being more the creative one; they certainly had a fabulous plan and vision in how they would like their wedding to look.
Pascale is also an excellent violist and with so many friends as musicians coming to their wedding, the guests were in for a treat. The ceremony was held at Mt. Eliza in the heart of Kings Park – Perth. Sami’s family flew in from France so we made sure that half the ceremony was held in french. Pascale was beautiful and led by her father’s arm down the aisle while five of Pascale’s friends played soft music.
Straight after the ceremony the guests were greeted by waiters holding refreshments and canapés while a jazz band, also friends of Pascale and Sami played the background music. The Reception was held at Acqua Viva, a delightful Italian restaurant sitting right on the edge of the Swan River. Sami’s and Pascale’s Bridal Entrance was to their surprise, serenaded with music and song while all the guests joined in. Fabulous food, in perfect company, a sweet dessert table, followed by dance, a wedding which will be remembered by all – of course with a sparkler send off.
