Lindsay Madden Photography is about to rock your socks right off your feet with this stunner, so you might want to sit down. It’s ridiculously pretty, so much so that it almost doesn’t feel real. But the twinkle in the groom’s eye and the love all over the bride’s beautiful face are testimony to the fact that this wedding did indeed happen, and it truly was this beautiful.

From the photographer… Jill and Alex were married on a lovely October day at Martha Clara Vineyards on the North Fork of Long Island. Their closest family and friends gathered in the vineyard to watch Jill and Alex’s intimate outdoor ceremony. After their heartfelt ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails, food and lawn games during their laid back yet elegant tented cocktail hour. As the sun went down, guests picked up their succulent escort cards and made their way into the beautifully decorated barn for Jill and Alex’s reception. The barn was complete with twinkle lights {a favorite of mine!} and personal touches to tie in their families. Jill looked radiant in her classic Suzanne Neville wedding dress and I absolutely loved how Jill opted for a chic updo for her reception. Jill’s bridesmaids looked perfect in their Amsale dresses while her Man of Honor looked sophisticated in a Vera Wang tuxedo. Moments in Time Floral Design provided the romantic flowers for the entire day. Peach and cream colored flowers filled Jill’s bouquet as well as the centerpieces and Jill’s bridesmaids carried bouquets of baby’s breath. When it came time for Jill and Alex to cut their ‘cake’ they opted to cut into a delicious apple pie instead. I absolutely adored this idea! Jill and Alex’s wedding day had a relaxed yet elegant feel and I was so honored to be apart of their October vineyard wedding in the way that I was!
