Green + Orange Wychmere Beach Club Wedding

This has got to be the cutest first look I've ever seen. The bride and groom each held bunches of balloons, and when they let go, bam. Magic. With a start like that, the rest of the wedding was destined to be super sweet, and with Pink Polka Dot Event Planning at the help and K.Photographie behind the lens, it was just that. And then some.

From the beautiful bride... To every bride, their wedding day is perfect - and mine was no different. From the autumn theme decor with the dark sage base and burnt orange accents, the small white pumpkins, the candied apple seating cards, the bright white lights and beautiful rustic-chic signs, it was an event with every detail covered - thanks to my mother, who is indeed superwoman. However, it wasn't the details, the weather, or the beautiful harbor venue that made this day perfect. It was seeing a tear slide down my grandfather's cheek as I walked down the aisle with my Dad, my mom's hug after I became a wife, seeing our friends and family from different walks of life twisting and twirling together on the dance floor, and the look on my husband's face when he let go of those balloons on that wood dock and saw me in my gown for the first time. Those moments made all the details appear trivial, but boy were planning those details with my mom so much fun! I, unlike most brides, really enjoyed the planning process. I loved combining colors, finding a theme and thinking of cute, but understated ways to make the wedding a bit different. Here is a look at what gargianifest was all about...
