Jewish Loews Ventana Canyon Wedding
It's not often that a little Arizona romance doesn't hit the spot, and today is no exception. LaFleur Plantscapes + Fresh Flora designed a stunning desert wedding which was captured brilliantly by Jacob Chinn and this wedding blogger is in her happy place.
From the designer... Ashley Ross and Sam Kraus were married on May 18th at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort & Spa in the Santa Catalina Foothills of Tucson, Arizona. The lush gardens, waterfalls and Frank Lloyd Wright inspired architecture provided them with a beautiful "Ventana" the spanish word for "window" in which to enjoy the beautiful Sonoran sunsets. When the resort was completed in 1984, Architectural Digest named it the first environmentally-conceived resort in North America. The wedding couple embraced this eco-friendly theme by choosing eco-conscious vendors like LaFleur Plantscapes + Fresh Flora to design their florals, Soiree Girls to plan every detail of their special day and the Ed De Lucia band.
