I love a pop of color as much as the next girl, but sometimes an all-white palette is the prettiest way to go. Take this fairytale Biltmore Ballroom wedding, for example. Jade Lee Events crafted a perfect day without an inch of color in sight. And with stationery goodies by Paper Daises plus captures from Sean Money + Elizabeth Fay, the full gallery is truly the best place to be.
From the Bride… Avi and I dated across the world for a year a half (filled with Skype, texts, middle of the night phone calls and lots of travel) before he moved to Atlanta and a few years later popped the question. We really felt like making us work was a true testament to our commitment and we wanted our wedding celebration to show that.
We wanted this day to reflect us, we wanted our guests to feel comfortable, to witness the rich tradition a Jewish wedding entails, and we wanted to throw a party that we wanted to attend. We were so lucky to have guests from all over the world join us, and we wanted each one of them to feel special and enjoy this celebration we worked so hard for.
We hired the fabulous Jade Lee very early in the process; we instantly clicked and she executed every last detail (planning and décor) perfectly. My style is soft and romantic, and I knew I wanted a timeless feel with lots of white and natural décor. Jade seamlessly incorporated all of my favorite things, hydrangeas, orchids, candles, pretty little monograms plus a few special details we can hold onto. We picked the beautiful Biltmore Ballrooms as a venue because of its sheer beauty and historic architectural detail. We wanted a clean, white garden inspired elegant feel and the Biltmore provided exactly that. Sean Money + Elizabeth Fay were the perfect duo to capture our day with a rustic and artistic eye and were an absolute pleasure to work with. With Jade’s help, we had an entire team of vendors contribute to every last detail to make the day even better than we had imagined and we wouldn’t change a thing!
