Connecticut River Museum Brunch

About a month ago, I had the privilege of heading down to the stunning setting of the Connecticut River Museum for a delicious (and absolutely lovely) brunch catered by Gourmet Galley to speak about SMP. It was the definition of a perfect morning. Planned to perfection by the lovelies at True Event complete with take-your-breath-away florals from Hana Floral Design, it was a fabulous way to get to meet some of the vendors right in my own backyard. Thankfully the darling Julia of Julia Jane Studios was on hand to capture all the pretty for us to devour, and you can see it all right here. Thank you for having me! xoxo

From True Event …The view over-looking Essex Harbor was gorgeous despite the chilly weather when the Connecticut River Museum debuted their new property, the 1732 Samuel Lay House, at a wedding “industry” brunch organized by True Event on November 20th. The special guest was Abby C from Style Me Pretty Rep who shared the secrets of getting photos posted on the site. Fifty top caterers and wedding planners were rapt listeners as they warmed themselves in a heated Sperry Tent and fortified themselves on Gourmet Galley’s creative breakfast feast. Special thanks to Julie Jane Studio for the photos and to the Ladies at True Event for giving the Lay House wedding venue such a splendid reveal!
