We are big fans of Ryan Ray at SMP, BIG fans. He has a way with the camera that makes our hearts flutter and our eyes smile, so when he sent over this beauty for our latest SMP Fashion & Beauty Magazine, we should have known we would be head over heels for every perfect moment sitting in this gallery. Because not only is this wedding stylish and stunning, but it’s also filled heart – making all of us at SMP seriously weak in the knees. See why here.

From the Bride…Our wedding day was nothing short of a dream come true for both Jordan and I. From the moment my mother gave me away and it sprinkled rain, to the rainbow that appeared behind us as we said our vows, we truly felt like we were being watched over by our loved ones that were unable to be present during our special day.
When designing the look and feel of our wedding, both Jordan and I wanted to add our personalities and heartfelt touches. Jordan handpicked each bow tie for his groomsmen, and personally fitted and made their suits through his company New America. Sewn into my gown was a piece of my late father’s tie cut in the shape of a heart, and attached to the inside jacket of Jordan’s suit was a piece of his late grandfather’s brass bracelet.
Our wedding venue was a farmer’s market orchard, which was incredibly beautiful though fairly unconventional. But when we first visited the venue, Jordan and I saw it as an opportunity to mold our dream into reality. With raw beauty, a distinct vision, and a massive amount of support from our vendors and wedding planner, we watched our fantasy wedding come together over the 14 months of planning and preparation we had since first picking our venue.
Right after the ceremony, champagne was popped, and delicious farm fresh appetizers were passed around to the guests.
Our reception dinner was set under chandeliers, candles in mason jars, and hanging grapes. Guests enjoyed a family style Italian dinner with fresh fruit desserts grown at our venue, and a pizza oven was rolled out at midnight to satisfy any late night cravings. Having a live band and a dj was also a unique addition as it motivated everyone – from grandparents to flower girls– to dance the night away.
Each phase of our wedding process will be cherished; getting engaged in our favorite restaurant Mercato with our closest friends and family, to saying “yes to the dress” at Kleinfield’s, and celebrating with all my favorite girlfriends in Las Vegas for my bachelorette party. Jordan and I look back at our wedding with pure joy and happiness as our day celebrated the head over heels, one of a kind love that we both feel for one another. We are both so grateful to have had our feelings of love captured through our talented photographer and cinematographer and will eternally be grateful for their talents.
