From Birgit Hart Fotografie... This wedding was truly amazing. The bride with roots in Afghanistan and the groom with roots in Spain. Guests from all over the world, wonderful music and food to die for. The couple was so laid back, the atmosphere just amazing. The free wedding ceremony took place in the garden of a former monastery, overlooking the rivers Rhine and Mosel. Perfectly coordinated by Doreen Winking Weddings. The Afghan singer Najim Nawabi flew in from San Francisco to perform for Farishta & Jean! There was a lot of dancing and I must admit that I am now a big fan of Afghan food & music!
