I love Aneta MAK — plain and simple. She’s a master of fine art film, and manages to send us weddings that redefine our notion of “perfection” time and time again. *Cue* this elegant winter soiree nestled in the snowy little village of Megève. Every last detail, down to the stationery by Paper + Cup Design is something straight from wedding blogger heaven. And the full gallery? Well, let’s just say it only gets sweeter.
From the Bride… A lot of our friends already know we met six years ago, in the summer of 2006. The first question we usually get is, “Why did it take four years to actually date? If you ask Rob, he’ll say, an 8-hour time difference and an 11-hour flight.
The best part about throwing two weddings is being able to focus on family – and then friends – in two different settings. That, and watching our friends from around the world meet and get to know each other…it was amazing to see the people we love have such a great time, forming new friendships and keeping them, independent of us. That’s how we knew the weekend was a real success.
