From Alisa Lewis Event DesignFor this session, we were inspired to combine the beautiful simplicity of nature with seasonal local herbs to create a scene reminiscent of the lush French countryside. Veronica & sage adorned the bride’s hair and bouquet, and fresh herbs provided aromatic DIY wedding favors of marinated goat’s cheese and provencal herbed salt. Olive leaf garlands cascaded through the worn farm tables salvaged from Provence, and draped across the chairs of the sweetheart table to emphasize the organic atmosphere in this rustic setting. The bride wore a hand beaded dress from Jenny Packham and sat with her groom at the sweetheart table, framed by an antique arbor.
