Matane Wedding at The Vineyard Carpinteri from Camille Marciano

It shouldn't be that much of a surprise when I say I love weddings. That's pretty obvious. But sometimes I come across a wedding I love so much I just want to spend every last second of my day with it. Well, that's precisely what happened when I came across this beauty captured by Camille Marciano. It's floral crowns and flowy dresses, gorgeous vineyard settings and a stunning couple - so if you need to find me, I'll be right here poring over all the pretty in the full gallery of images.

In a champetre chic style, Emilie and Jonathan's wedding took place on one of the rare rainy days in Matane in August, but as we say in French, "Rainy marriage- Happy marriage!" It was the watchword of the couple on this important day of their life.

We did the couple's shoot in the vineyard while the rain stopped for 30 minutes!

The main colors were pink, beige and grey - pastel tones and a wonderful sense of the aesthetics. It is so rare to Matane to see such a beautiful wedding - and all the guests were surprised with the decor, mostly hand-made by the bride.

From the Bride... Carpinteri’s winery, an enchanting setting inspired by Tuscan vineyards located in our hometown, was the perfect venue for our special day. We decided to play with both chic and rustic details to settle that romantic and fairy tale like atmosphere.

We got inspired by a soft palette, with tone colors such as gray for groomsmen suits, blush for bridesmaid dresses and ivory for my dress and groom’s shirt. I fell in love with a Hayley Paige dress for my big day; crystal floral beaded straps and tulle details at back made it the perfect romantic dress – simple and elegant at the same time – which really suited for a vineyard wedding. I loved the idea of adding a little bohemian touch to my look so I decided to wear a flower crown, and had a mix of roses and wildflowers for my bouquet.

Jonathan and I designed the wedding theme and decor from A to Z. Details such as burlap table runners, white net curtain in windows, candles on table runners and baby’s breath centertables added romance to the venue. The honor table was adorned by flowers, candles and little lights, and surrounded by string lights and small palm trees to remind the nature setting.

As the evening wore on, atmosphere went from romantic to festive while guests enjoyed a live accoustic band followed by a DJ. We also did a choreography with the bridesmaids and groomsmen to open the dancefloor later at night. I would say this is a must-do for couples who want to surprise their guests and throw a party atmosphere!

One of the most magical moment of this day is the first look we did before the ceremony. In the end, this moment was only the beginning of all the lovely surprises and special moments of this memorable day!"
