From Your Very Own Fairy Godmother…For this shoot, we were inspired by the juxtaposition of black and white mod designs with florals inspired by southern romance. For the ceremony look, the black and white gazebo, the white flooring, the white carpet runner, the white lounge benches, and the varied sizes of lucite risers down the aisle with clear glass cylinders with spilling flowers, all combined to create a beautiful contrast to the soft landscape and hill country view around it. The tablescape’s lush floral runner in bright yellows, oranges, whites and greens really stands out from the multi-patterned, black and white linen underneath. The emerald green couch and the crystal chandelier bring a soft, romantic touch to the look against the more modern elements. For the sweetheart table, we played off the black and white dance floor with bright blue chairs for the bride and groom, and a floral peacock of white hydrangeas and white phalaenopsis orchids as the grand statement for that table. Gold vintage vases with bright-colored, summer flowers to finish it off. Again, the backdrop of the actual landscape with the gorgeous, tall oak tree really brings the southern charm to the overall look.
