Beautiful Backyard Rhode Island Wedding

I'm what you might call the non-outdoorsy type...the kind of girl who feels a little more at ease with four walls and a roof over my head. But every now and again I like to embrace my inner nature lover and this Rhode Island fete is just the ticket. True Event coordinated every detail to perfection, plus a whole other host of talented LBBers like Hana Floral Design, Ryan Designs, Bella Carta Studio, Sperry Tents and Jennie Fresa who made sure the day went off without a hitch. From True Event...Leah and Micheal’s wedding was set on the gorgeous grounds of a Leah’s family’s home and was filled with so many personal details. They wanted their big day to feel relaxed and intimate, with a vintage/rustic-chic flair, mixed with eclectic details. The color palette consisted of peaches, blush tones, creams, and yellows, which blended seamlessly with the serenity of the private grounds. The ceremony in the backyard featured a beautifully rustic Birch chuppah and we tied tin buckets filled with flowers to the chairs lining the aisle. After the ceremony, guests were treated to a cocktail reception, complete with a vintage chic lounge and floating candles and gardenias in the pool. The reception featured a gorgeous sail cloth tent where we brought in farmers weave natural linens, ivory hemstitch napkins, gold flatware and gold rimmed glasses and china. Gold frames were used for the table numbers and other miscellaneous signs which blended beautifully with the rustic touches throughout the decor. The entire night was such a joy to be a part of and was captured so wonderfully by Joshua Behan Photography. Congrats to the happy couple, Leah & Micheal!
