“Will You Be My Bridesmaid?” Tea Party

I’m the type of person who never has trouble finding a reason to celebrate. You bought new shoes? Totally champagne worthy! As far as I’m concerned, life is too short to not take advantage of milestones, both big and small. Which is why I’m totally loving this new trend in bridesmaid parties. Throwing a mini shin-dig for those ladies you love is such a sweet gesture, especially when it’s as pretty as this one. Designed by Harvesting Love Events and captured by Caitlin Turner Photography , the whole shebang can be found right here.

From Caitlin… Amid the chaos of planning for the big wedding day, it says a lot when the bride takes the extra time to create a special day for her bridesmaids. When Annaliza, of Seventh Heaven Vintage Rentals and Event Planning, reached out to me to photograph this styled shoot I was more then happy to get involved. Inspired by the beauty of friendship, spring color palettes, vintage furniture, whimsical tea cups/plates and beautiful florals we created a Tea Party inspired “Will You Be My Bridesmaid?” Shoot. Elizabeth Gamble Garden in Palo Alto, CA created the perfect environment for the Tea Party, full of blooming flowers and trees. All of these elements together created a beautiful scenery for a fun day focused on the bride-to-be and her bridesmaid!
