DIY Texas Wedding from Abi Q Photography

I love this Bride. Of course, I love her Groom too - but this Bride is the kind of girl who just sparkles without even trying. From the Bride... My husband and I were high school sweethearts. I had a crush on him since I was 13, we started dating when I was 15 and dated for 6 years before we got married. He was my first boyfriend and my first kiss too!

All of the wedding decorations are homemade -- I used to work at Anthropologie, so I got some of my girlfriends together and we made the hanging banner over the aisle with my friend Jen who already had the papier-mâché flowers from a past Anthro display window. My sister and maid of honor made all of the bouquets with wholesale flowers. Also for the bridesmaid dresses, I just gave them a color and told them to pick a dress that fit their body and style... I loved that touch of each of their personalities!
