From Istoria Events… Love is fun and vibrant and that’s exactly what we wanted to embrace with this photo shoot filled with dynamic colors. These days there’s so much pressure on brides and high stress on formality that the beauty of simplicity is missed. This inspired us to capture the fun of Love. Every aspect of this photo shoot depicts this charm from the uniqueness of the chairs to the distinctiveness of the table settings all tied together with vibrant colors and natural beauty.

Rancho Los Lomas gave us the perfect foundation with the rustic stairway framing the natural beauty of the ceremony location. The Backdrop complimented the natural surrounding giving it an elegant focal point, softened with sheer material that hung so flawlessly among the trees. Breaking the diversity of all natural surrounding we used different shades of chairs representing the couples fun loving nature.

Proving that no touch is too small we complimented the natural pathway with a unique seating chart of rustic ladders and hanging mason jars that lit the way to the reception in a fun way that let the guests ‘take a light to their destination’.

The culmination of the theme is beautifully depicted in the reception. A table filled with vibrant colors throughout complimented by a pastel blue runner combines fun with elegance. I always love adding diverse details in a space such as the crystal chandeliers in a natural surrounding giving this tablescape a formal feel in a minimal way. A pop of summer colors filled the table with garden roses, peonies, ranunculus, and lilacs in a black urn to balance the pop of colors with sophistication.

Keeping away from the traditional suits we chose a casual look for the groom, khaki pants and a dress shirt gave this groom the perfect look.

A beautiful gown from Laveda Bridal provided the perfect look. The Bride always has to look elegant and the gown did her justice from the detail in the bodice to the easy flow of the train. We went with a neutral palette for makeup and soft curls complimenting the natural feel. The bridesmaids whimsical look consist of two separate pieces made into one look, proving that you can go out of the box of a traditional dress.

Ocho Rios provided the perfect wedding cake and exquisite desserts displayed on the vintage table from LONDYNRoads. We wanted to keep a soft palette of peach throughout the dessert table with mini tart, cheese cake, and mango mouse cups displayed on a variety of stands from rustic to crystal glass. The cake is so flawless and by adding little details of jasmine and garden roses was the perfect touch.
