DIY Vintage Glamour Wedding from Julie Anne, Wedding Photographer
Old Hollywood meets the south, and the result? Perfection. With a little bit of spunk and a whole lot of sweet southern charm, the combo makes for a party that people are probably still talking about. It doesn’t hurt that the new Mr. & Mrs. are head over heels in love with each other, which just might be the most fabulous detail of all. Paige and Kevin had a beautiful March winter wedding inspired by Paige’s love for Old Hollywood. Their venue of choice is a historic antebellum plantation in Ackworth, Georgia – The Cedar Plantation. Their wedding had a beautiful mix of vintage glitz and glamour – especially with Paige’s vintage jewelry and red lipstick! Paige chose deep purple for her main wedding color so she could wear her grandmother’s vintage jewelry for her something old. Paige included lots of DIY touches throughout the day! Her mom and bridesmaids helped create all the centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres. I love how they used anemones! Paige’s mother also made her veil. My favorite part of the whole day was their “First Touch” in the Cedar Plantation Garden. I also loved the two ring bearers! How cute are those two little guys in tuxes? After their rocking reception came to an end, Paige changed into a short lace gown for their bubble exit. It was a great conclusion to a fabulous wedding.Photography: Julie Anne, Wedding Photographer | Wedding Cake: Confection Perfection | Ceremony Venue: Cedar Plantation | Catering: Adriane's Delectables | Hair + Makeup: Amber Nicole Design
