Block Island Wedding from A Guy and A Girl Photography

There isn't a moment of this Block Island beauty that I don't adore. And when I say adore, I mean I want to crawl into the beautiful pictures from A Guy and A Girl Photography and never leave. It's really no surprise when Ryan Designs was behind the decor, Ceci New York was the creative mind behind those fabulous letterpressed invitations (complete with wardrobe recommendations), and the Sullivan House set the stage. That's the recipe for pure wedding perfection - which is exactly what you'll see in the full gallery of images.

From A Guy and A Girl Photo...We think that a couple who chooses the walls are coming down/fanfarlo as the soundtrack for the ceremony recessional wins automatically. This couple would probably win a bunch of other competitions, as well…including:  most unique story told during initial phone call: Jenn told us that though she and Brion had known each other casually, for a while, they hadn’t started dating yet. One night, Brion appeared in her dream and she knew she needed to find out more about him. Fast-forward several years, we’re shooting their fabulous wedding on block island. They also win for funnest wedding eve festivities.  there were about 8 different kinds of beer, many, many super-cool tats on family and friends and custom washers with Jenn + Brion’s names on them for the beach games… but you should know that there were also trophies. Yes, real washer-game trophies. We could go on and on about all the amazing little details of their beautiful, vintage-y, rustic-chic wedding…the tables at the reception that were made with salvaged wood found on the beaches of BI…their sweet, fluffy maltipoo, parker, who stole the show…Jenn’s amazingly gorgeous dress (first one she tried on)…their impressive and super-creative letterpress invitations…and then, lastly, the bonfire finale, down on the beach, complete with a pickup truck, where a guitar was played and everyone sang-a-long to songs like byyye byyye, miss american pie…  ahhh…what an amazing end to an incredible wedding weekend!  Thank you, Jenn + Brion for being so fun and lovely… you showed block island how it’s done!!!!
