From the designer… Our styled wedding shoot took place in Wake Forest, North Carolina at The Sutherland, a beautiful plantation home surrounded by gorgeous gardens. The inspiration for the shoot was to combine the color palette of blush and gold tones into a southern garden wedding with modern touches. It was the perfect combination of sophistication and charm! The ceremony location was staged in front of the home and the door was adorned with florals, black and white ribbon and gold touches to set the tone for the wedding day. The tables were set with beautiful, modern china paired with gold glassware and silverware. The bouquets and table centerpieces were full of romantic flowers in whites, greens and light pinks. We pulled the modern aspect into the shoot by selecting a black and white striped runner and coordinating napkins to really complete the look. The whimsical chair covers for the bride and groom really set them apart from the others! The beautiful cake accentuated the blush and gold color scheme with a modern cake stand that we all just loved! The invitation set, table number, menus and place cards truly helped tie the entire look together. So many amazing vendors collaborated to make this styled shoot a success and we can’t thank them all enough!
