Los Angeles Engagement from I Love You Too Weddings

I've never been to LA, but I'm almost positive I am not cool enough for the city. The landscape, the buildings, the people, the fashion... way out of my league. Based on this gorgeous engagement session from I Love You Too Weddings, I'm just a notch or two too low on the trendy scale. Though, I am absolutely judging myself against a talented stylist + designer, so maybe I'm being a little harsh. Either way, I'm spending all of my time in this gallery boning up on LA coolness.

From the photographer... When my dear friend, brilliant wardrobe stylist, clothing designer and long-time collaborator, Heather, got engaged this Spring, I was so excited for her and her wonderful fiancé, Matt. One problem, I live in Nashville and they live in Los Angeles and I desperately wanted to take their engagement photos! Lucky for all of us, the stars aligned and work took me to LA over Memorial Day weekend. It also happened to be Heather’s birthday the day of our engagement session so, please, SMP readers, wish this lovely bride-to-be a happy birthday!

Since her recent engagement, Heather has developed an incredible bridal line to add to her already spectacular collection of swimwear and resort fashion, Amorroma. For her engagement shoot, she wore her own designs mixed with hand-picked vintage pieces. And, the beautiful beaded head scarf, a birthday gift from her mother-in-law-to-be.
