You may or may not believe me, but this perfect wedding was planned in four months flat. Seriously, Four. Months. And while even the simplest of affairs would be tricky to pull off in such a time pinch, that didn’t stop this bride and groom from designing the circus-themed wedding of their dreams. Think poppy colors, playful details and confetti cannons galore. It’s an epic day made possible by Ashley Gain Weddings & Events with every pretty capture thanks to Gina Meola. One peek in the gallery and you’ll see why this the circus wedding done so, so right.
From Ashley Gain Weddings & Events…Hannah and Jimmy are in love. Absolutely, head-over-heels in love. So when Jimmy took Hannah out on a lake in a boat one November evening (one year to the date from when they became boyfriend and girlfriend) and asked her if she would spend the rest of her life as his wife, there was no doubt they wanted to get married, right away! With a little less than four months to plan their romantic circus wedding, they were off and running. Hannah had always loved the fun and light-hardheartedness of a circus theme. The colors, the playfulness and of course, that open air tent. It all became her inspiration for this dream day. But a tent needs it’s stage and a large one at that. So a close family member of the groom opened up their backyard for the perfect setting. Pink, gold, soft teal and cream with details of striping, elephants and strung portofino lights set the scene. The inspiration even carried over to Hannah’s wedding dress, by Martina Liana, which shimmered blush in the light. A few black and white striped details on the bridesmaids bouquets, the bride’s dancing flip flops and the escort card display added for some unexpected pops of color. The bride and groom even made their grand entrance to the reception to the circus theme song ‘Entry Of The Gladiators’. Every detail was completed with her theme in mind. The day was spent with 180 family and friends that love them dearly and ended under the starry sky with a send off of confetti cannons showering the newlyweds: the final act of their perfect day!
