The One Day House sent this shoot our way and it's the perfect mix of city and beach. Think ethereal inspiration without being over the top beachy. Designed by Imbue Weddings with decor by The One Day House and photography by Byron Loves Fawn, this photo shoot takes the beauty of the colors of the sea and blends it with the easy elegance of a city affair. From The One Day House...Standing on the dunes with the wind streaming past you watching the waves thunder on the sand a huge expanse of sky above. To go from that freshness to the excitement of the city at dusk with a pink streaked sky and glowing lights. There's nothing quite like south east Queensland wedding that takes advantage of the beach and the city. To keep the whole look cohesive we tied elements from both venues into the whole style. The floor boards on the city restaurant were hinted at through the dark wood chairs on the crisp white sand at the ceremony. The blue of the ocean was brought into the reception through the blue if the boys suits. And to avoid things looking too themed, the sea was only hinted at in the brides statement necklace, the sandy coloured, flowing chiffon skirt of her gown and the mother of pearl sequins on the ceremony backdrop and bridesmaids dress.  Everything else was kept neutral with fresh white and green flowers in free flowing, unstructured designs.
