Across the internets today, you’ll surely see a plethora of red, white and blue. But I promise you, this will be the prettiest execution of that patriotic palette. It’s perfectly sophisticated, with a table I would spend the entire holiday weekend at if you let me. With the styling genius of True Emerald Styling & Planning, stunning florals from Studio 13 Designs and gorgeous images from One-Love Photography – it’s really no surprise this gallery is just beyond. See it all here.
From True Emerald Styling & Planning…This styled shoot started with concept of color. I have a lot of couples that are hesitant to mix colors, textures and styles. I wanted to incorporate the demure aspect of watercolors but have bold pops of color. I also wanted to show that it is possible to mix modern aspects with vintage flares with amazing results. Each vendor included in this shoot was given a general concept: soft watercolors, bold colors, fun aspects and to showcase something that they have always wanted to do or that was out of their comfort zone. A wedding is your palette. Think outside of the box and do not be afraid of an idea that may sound crazy! Incorporate things you love and enjoy. Thomas Fogarty Winery is a vision in itself. Nestled in the hills of Portola Valley, the views from Fogarty are stunning. With a simple rustic look you really have endless possibilities in design. We wanted to accent the architecture of sleek lines and simplicity. We brought in Novelle Vogue Bridal for a dress that was a little more edgy from a tradition gown and added pops of color throughout her jewelry and shoes. The ceremony backdrop was the main focus and foundation for this shoot. We wanted to not cover the views but we wanted to add some color and a unique ceremony aspect. Milk Glass Vintage Rentals used a variety of furniture and accent pillows to create a different concept for ceremony seating. Shannie Cakes created two gorgeous cakes that included different textures and height. The main table design concentrated on simplicity and LOTS of color and textures. Studio 13 Designs did an amazing job on the arrangements by using parrot tulips, soft roses and stunning pink peonies. The gorgeous paper products brought out the colors from the flowers and the place cards really popped! To finish off the table we added favors from Torch Illumination that added a different look that a typical favor.
