I love inspiration shoots. I love it when a group of talented vendors team up to fill our day with pretty. And when it’s a Southern Tea Party-inspired shoot set against the breathtaking Braselton Stover House? I love it even more. Because this, SMPers, is a day that simply screams crazy beautiful with lush blooms from Abby’s Floral Design, the fab stylings of Oh So Printable and an entire gallery of amazing from Evie Perez Photography. From Evie Perez… I recently collaborated with some local Atlanta wedding vendors on a styled shoot with a Southern Tea Party theme. We wanted this shoot to be fun but most importantly show off that Southern feel. As you know in the South, porches have a significant meaning on Southern homes. The porch is where people gather to have tea parties, socialize, eat, mingle and drink sweet tea on a daily basis. Especially in the summer months. It’s where you gather with the ones you love and relax. We choose Braselton Stover House as our venue because of the beautiful home as well as the gorgeous columns and porches the home has. Our color palette of mint, peach and blush pink worked perfect against the white house with it’s beautiful columns. Our flowers included David Austin roses in peach and blush pink hues, peach stock, dusty miller, white hydrangeas, ranunculus and pink spray garden roses. The groom’s boutonniere were pink ranunculus and stock.
Crush Vintage Rental collaborated with us to give the shoot an at home feel. Not only are the furniture GORGEOUS, but also so modern and inviting. Our cake was made by Melone from For Goodness Cakes.
