From the Bride... For my wedding, I could not think of a better place than my parents' back yard. I grew up on this beautiful property in South Georgia, surrounded by farm land and this natural lake in our backyard. I wanted the feeling of home and garden, while still incorporating something for 'the guys.' The theme seemed to run true with garden and outdoors, and a combination of birdhouses, flowers, deer antlers, and hunting paraphernalia. My Mom and family helped with most of the decorations. We did end up having our ceremony at our church because of weather concerns, the small Episcopal church where our family has always attended. A true South Georgia wedding- it was more than I could have hoped for.
