Superhero Inspired E-Session from onelove photography

I pretty much knew that this engagement session was going to be awesome the very second I read the bride's sweet description... and the inspiration behind the day.  I mean, the ever-talented Bob Dylan AND superheroes joining forces for some e-session magic?  That's a pretty amazing combination.  So amazing, in fact, that it was basically no surprise that the gallery of images captured by the oh-so-talented onelove photography proved my initial reaction completely correct.  It's what I call one seriously stunning moment after another, all set against a cloudy (+ cozy) San Francisco day.  Don't miss a minute of pretty and click here for sooo much more.

From the Bride-to-Be... My fiance Barry and I wanted our engagement photos to reflect our incredibly nerdy personalities. Barry loves comic books and we're both big fans of the superhero movie genre so we incorporated a superhero "call to action" theme into our shoot in the Mission neighborhood in San Francisco. Thankfully, the folks at One Love Photography were completely down with our ideas.

The day comes and, of course, its pouring rain in San Francisco, but by some miracle the rain stopped long enough. Towards the end of the shoot, the sky had settled into this great murky gray color and it reminded my creative fella of a favorite album of ours - The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan - where Bob Dylan is walking down the cold streets of NYC cozily arm-in-arm with a smiling girl. Barry suggested that we take a couple shots of us arm-in-arm as an homage to Bob. It turned out to be our favorite image of the whole day (even up against some hilarious superhero shots!).
