Sometimes the simplest, most intimate of weddings speak the most to me. I absolutely love the idea of them. Where the meaning of every thoughtful touch can be explained to your guests across the dinner table, where toasts turn into lovely conversation involving everyone and where each of your guest feels like the most important guest. Something Pretty Photography brought just such a fête with this sweet Savannah soiree, and it’s safe to say, I’m smitten. See why here.
From Something Pretty Photography… Lauren and Adam’s wedding was a second wedding, and it was a very intimate small family affair that was just perfect. I loved how almost everything had traces of her grandmother throughout the entire day–she wore her jewelry and her fur (which was monogrammed inside with her initials), she had a beautiful painting at the wedding that her grandmother had painted and we went after the ceremony to shoot portraits at her grandparents old house in Savannah where she had spent a lot of time as a child. It was really perfect..a simple, sweet family affair that was classically beautiful.
