Molly Sims + Scott Stuber’s Rehearsal Dinner from Gia Canali

Clearing a whole day on the calendar only comes around once in awhile but it always makes for the prettiest of posts. For these day long extravaganzas we really get to pull apart the details, get cozy with the couple behind the day and capture the true essence of the wedding. Today is one of those days and we’re pinching ourselves because the Bride behind the festivities is none other than Molly Sims. THE Molly Sims. Her wedding weekend is just as gorgeous, just as approachable as she is and it’s all starting with this rehearsal dinner captured by Gia Canali. An elegant dinner in Wine Country with the kind of easy elegant details we adore crafted by Stefanie Cove and Yifat Oren. See even more right here.

From Molly: I wanted everyone to really experience Napa. September is a really warm month, so having it outside was perfect. We started everything around 6pm. We had cocktails on the lawn and we ate the most amazing Italian meal while sitting in a barn in the middle of a vineyard.

The view was phenomenal!! You could see everything around you. We had lavender and herbs on the tables and the menus were made of cork.

We set the tables up like a horseshoe so everyone could see each other. There were about 50 people and it felt so intimate and just like home. To this day, I still remember the speech my husband made; it was incredible.

From Stefanie CoveThe rehearsal dinner was super intimate with only Molly and Scott’s closest friends and family in a gorgeous barn in wine country. We used simple yet beautiful elements, such as herbs and lavender on the tables; oatmeal linens, and cork-backed letterpress menus.

Stay tuned because there’s so much more where this came from. In the meantime stop by Gia Canali’s blog for even more rehearsal dinner snapshots and we’ll be back in a bit!
