There’s really no better way to wrap up a Friday than a flirty dose of Palm Springs fashion. I’m talking a Mod-inspired poolside shoot planned and designed by some of the best in the biz. The creatives of Couture Events styled the swanky Viceroy Hotel behind the scenes, and John Schnack captured every 60’s-chic look. It’s just the pep we need in our weekend step, and you can find even more right here. (Psssst: We’re announcing this week’s lucky winners below!)
From Couture Events… Fresh and fabulous! This MOD inspired shoot was all about FUN, a bit of R&R, and FASHION. Starting with a simple and sophisticated morning ceremony, she wore a lacy gown. Then it was time for the amazing afternoon reception with a lovely lunch, where the table top was everything for this small intimate wedding- the bride wore a dropped waste, white gown with a large MOD Bow . Soon it was time for dessert with a root beer station and “Build your own Sunday” Station with tons of colorful and delicious toppings.
The bride changed from her gorgeous gown into a fun and flirty dress for the dancing & dessert portion of the reception. And at the end of a spectacular day they lounged with guests and their sweet poodle Sugar, by the pool before jumping in and making a SPLASH! Even then the bride thought about her swimwear, keeping with the 60’s style swimwear. The bride, groom, and guests were able to enjoy a weekend away with those they loved the most!
Why have your wedding be a one day event, why not enjoy the whole weekend at a resort or spa? Having a destination/resort wedding is going to be the new trend for 2013.
