Buttermilk Falls Inn Engagement Session from Cly Creation

I think we can all agree – high school sweethearts are the cutest.  And high school sweethearts that have been together for eleven years and were engaged on a romantic trip to Italy, like these two lovebirds? Well, that’s a special kind of cuteness that we just love to see.  So, to celebrate these two sweeties and their serious adorability, we’re spending our Thursday basking in their breathtaking e-session captured by Cly Creation.  And let me be the first to tell you… it’s amazing.  Click here for all of the pretty.

From the Bride… David and I met about 13 years ago in high school. We became good friends and he eventually asked me out our Junior year. Fast forward 11 years while on our first trip to Italy he proposed to me in front of the Coliseum at night with one of his “famous” haikus. (We in Italy… There’s no place I’d rather be… Will you Marry me?) While in Tuscany I fell in love with the rustic elements the countryside embodied. My dream wedding would be an outdoor barn wedding in the rolling hills somewhere. However, living in New York City all that surrounded us were tall buildings, crowds of people and lights. I scoured the internet for weeks hoping to find an engagement shoot location that reflected the rustic elements I had fallen in love with. As soon as I clicked on the Buttermilk Falls Inn website I knew I had found it. The Inn is set on 75 acres of beautiful grounds filled with wild flower fields, lush gardens, ponds and the Hudson River as the backdrop. Matthew from Cly Creation knew exactly what my vision was and he captured the day beautifully. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day to showcase the simplistic and comfortable love that we have for one another.
