From the Bride… Greg and I first met on New Year’s Eve 2007 and were engaged on New Year’s Eve 2011.  It is our favorite day of the year and was an easy decision to ring in this New Year with a wedding.  Working with our coordinator, Shy Masters, of Romp! Event Architects, we decided to create a very glamorous affair with black, white, and gold accents and the perfect amount of sparkle.  She took my love for all things glam and Hollywood Regency décor and incorporated it into every last detail including center pieces of ginger jars, gold pheasants, and tall lamps.  We also used vintage inspired gold alarm clocks on each table to still tie in the New Years Eve vibe.   After considering a number of different venues, we chose the historic 1940 Air Terminal Museum as the location for both our ceremony and reception.  The modern and art deco venue helped to tie in the glamorous ambiance of the evening.  Our photographers, Terilyn and Koby Brown, were absolutely fantastic to work with and did an amazing job of capturing every last detail of our special day, including our midnight kiss.  We couldn’t think of a more perfect way to end a beautiful year with our closest family and friends while celebrating our love.
