Some days I still can’t believe it’s my job to write about the prettiest weddings on the planet. Weddings so pretty, they could bring a tear to virtually any eye staring back across the screen. They’re weddings just like this Palos Verdes stunner, that simply put, is the total package. And while there’s no doubt you’ll fall in love with the full gallery of Emily Blake’s images, there’s also a film from Brinton Film Making Co. that’s a complete and total must.

From Seri Wheeler…The couple were engaged during a family trip to Europe. Chris proposed in Paris on the Ponts de Arts bridge. The tradition of this bridge lends itself well to an engagement because couples go there with a lock and key to express their committed love to one another. They lock the lock to the bridge rail and through the key in the Seine River below as a sign of their love (swoon!) Their engagement was, of course, a main source of inspiration for the wedding. Rebecca and Chris wanted a vintage eclectic feel and a neutral color scheme. The wedding invitations were hand lined with a vintage map of Paris and stamped with four different vintage stamps in a neutral color theme. They were married under white iron arch mixed with a group of old benches and church pews in with the seating during the ceremony. Guests played croquet and bocce ball during cocktail hour and had drinks from an old ice box nearby. Pictures across the place card table told their engagement story and showed the couples actual lock on the Ponts de Arts bridge.
