Coconut Grove Wedding from Sugar(ed) Event Design and Planning

I’m just going to come out and say it, I am head over heels in love with this Florida fête at Villa Woodbine. Obsessed basically. It’s that elegant yet approachable yet timeless style that must be in my DNA somewhere, because the moment I come across a party like this one, I just know I am a goner. Today I have Sugar(ed) Event Design and Planning to thank for bringing me my dose of fabulous, and I’m pretty sure I’ll be dancing the day away with the picture perfect images from Marlon Richardson right here, in the full gallery.

If you are anything like me, you simply don’t want to step away from this party. Well, the pretty party continues with their gorgeous film from Lovebug Productions

From Sugar(ed) Event Design and PlanningFrom the moment the bride told me that her wedding would be at Villa Woodbine in Coconut Grove, I knew we were going to have so much fun putting together her dream day.  Huge oak trees, weathered coral stone architecture, a resident peacock—Villa Woodbine is such a special place!  The design was classic romance all the way; a chandelier (that served at the center of the ceremony and hung over the bride and groom’s dinner seats!), white, blush and cream florals in mercury glass containers, ivory dupioni linens, tons of flickering candlelight, champagne flute escort cards and a special lotus flower arrangement just for the groom.  Twinkling lights and a gorgeous chandelier provided a soft glow for outdoor dining, adding to the romantic ambiance.
