And when such a snowy session is captured by someone like Jonathan David Photography? Where every image is hang-on-your-wall-worthy? From Jonathan David Photography... I'm really excited to share with you a true snowy engagement experience I had with Alexandra & Duncan last week at Mount Washington, Vancouver Island, Canada. Being Australian, I've only ever dreamed of having a white Christmas and this year I was lucky enough to have one thanks to these guys. Complete with snow ball fights, hot chocolate and gingerbread christmas trees and snowflake cookies, this engagement session took place immediately after a blizzard snow storm at the top of Mt Washington, which meant that there was insane amounts of gorgeous soft snow for us to play in. Both Alex & Duncan love the snow and enjoy skiing together, so the location was the perfect choice. The love and affection between these two heated things right up and never did we stop to realize that the temperatures were well below freezing.
